Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd. said on Tuesday its quarterly earnings rose 21.4 percent on stronger sales of soaps and personal care products. The company will invest 560 million rupees to expand capacity at its plant in Goa and build a new plant in Himachal Pradesh, it said.
