The family LOVES Himachal & his deeply connected to Dadh, but the facts are that he was NOT born there. Himachal was called so only after his death when new states were organized post-partition, large parts of the north were still called "Punjab" before that. That his birth-place was Jammu changes nothing of who he was. He was INDIAN & fought for the ideals of his homeland. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for completing this picture. I didn't know who to address my gratitude and prayers for the once-in-history act of heroism. Thank God for braves like Somnath.
